How Does The Hiring & Training Process Works?
After submitting an application form, we'll contact you over the phone to discuss your application.

We'll continue to ask you screening questions to make sure you're the right fit. If we believe you are, we'll set a paid "'trial" day. In that day, you'll tag along with a crew. You'll watch us, talk to us, ask questions, etc.

After, we can discuss how things went, how you feel about the job, the type of work we do. If you want to move forward with training, we will begin your training for 1 week @ $15/hr.

In that week, you'll be trained extensively on how to use our equipment, how to climb ladders, how to clean windows successfully, how we operate under our systems, how to clock in/use our Jobber CRM. You'll also get a feel for our company culture & what we're all about.
What's Next When Training Is Up?
After the 1 week training period is up, you will be placed in a truck with your crew leader. Your payment will be increased to $22.50/hour + tips.

You clock in the moment you step foot on your first job to the moment you finish your last job.

The crew leader is going to be your "boss", but they're not going to make you do everything. You will work together. The crew leader has more experience, so they will carry out the more important tasks such as communicating with the client, sending invoices, doing property walk arounds, etc.

As you continue to work with us, you'll pick up the way we operate fast. We're going for quality but also speed.
